Welcome to BubbleHeroes. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BubbleHeroes mini-game ("Game"), provided by HI-FI SPARK LAB ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Game through platforms like TikTok, Facebook, or Line, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.

2. Service Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction or have parental/guardian consent to use our Game. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

3. Virtual Items and Currency

The Game may include virtual currency (e.g., Gems, Gold) and virtual items (e.g., skins, boosters).

• License Only: Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and do not constitute personal property. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use them solely within the Game.
• No Outside Trading: Buying, selling, or exchanging virtual items outside of the official Game interface is strictly prohibited.

4. Refund Policy

Following industry standards for platforms like LINE and TikTok, our refund policy is as follows:

• Final Sale: All purchases of virtual currency or items are final and non-refundable, except where required by local law or specific platform policies (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
• Consumed Items: Items that have been used, consumed, or applied (e.g., Gacha pulls, hero upgrades) are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
• Cooling-off Period: In regions where "cooling-off" periods are mandatory (e.g., EU, Taiwan), you may have a right to cancel within a specific timeframe (usually 7-14 days). However, by starting to use the digital content immediately, you acknowledge that you waive this right.
• Third-Party Platform Handling: Payments are processed by third-party stores. Any refund requests must be directed to the respective platform (App Store, Google Play, etc.). Their approval is subject to their own policies.
• System Errors: If a technical error causes a successful charge without delivering items, please contact us for manual verification and item delivery.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, automation software (bots), or any unauthorized third-party software to gain an advantage.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game.
• Post abusive, illegal, or offensive content in community areas or the Arena.

6. Intellectual Property

All Game content, including logic, graphics, audio, code, and the "BubbleHeroes" and "HI-FI SPARK LAB" logos, are the property of HI-FI SPARK LAB and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to the Game ecosystem.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." HI-FI SPARK LAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Game.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where HI-FI SPARK LAB is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
